Line Follower

This is a run of the mill line follower robot I built for inter college robot competitions. It’s about 20cm in length. It consists of an array of 5 IR LED transmitter-receiver pairs. This board is then connected to the main controller board that has an Arduino Pro Mini as it’s brain. The output of the sensor array is fed to LM358 opamps that amplify the signal an in turn feed it to the Arduino digital inputs. I’ve tested this robot with and without PID implemented in the code. The muscle behind this robot are 2 BO geared motors. I’ve used 4 X AA batteries to power this robot.
